As a limited liability company, the GWDG consists of two shareholders and two boards with different functions - the supervisory board and the user representation committee.
It is divided into seven working groups , currently with approximately 195 employees, among them 65 scientists.
Additionally, there are apprentices as „IT Specialist for Application Development“ and as „IT Specialist for System Integration“, as well as a varying number of assistants and interns.
