The GWDG service hotline will not be available by phone on 01.05.2021.

The GWDG data center remains closed until further notice due to the current pandemic situation.

On April 27, 2021, the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), together with the Gauss Alliance and the University of Göttingen as well as the Gesellschaft für wissenschaftliche Datenverarbeitung mbH Göttingen (GWDG), will organize a conference on current developments in the field of High Performance Computing (HPC). The conference will take place as an online event.

The maintenance work on the trouble ticket system GOTRS of the GWDG has been completed. Unfortunately, they lasted longer than planned due to unexpected problems.The system is fully available again.

On 15.04.2021 between 5:00 p.m. and approx. 7:00 p.m. the GWDG trouble ticket system GOTRS will be under maintenance. While it still will be possible to send requests as usual to our service hotline at support@gwdg.de, no automatic responses or ticket processing will take place, so some delays may be expected.
